It seems that there is a bug that occurs with large memos if you quit the app right away after stop the recording without leaving some time to the phone to process it. Now I can't sync memos that goes over 60 minutes (even "weirder" id that I can't even play those large memos on the iphone, nothing happens when I hit the play button). It even pulled them from my 3G and put them on my iPhone 4 when I synced it for the first time. Just taking a wild guess, but maybe restoring you iPhone would solve that issue? I know it's a pain, but might be worth it if you record a lot of memos. However, I think I had a similar issue on my Mac once and instead of using drag-n-drop, I right-clicked and used the "Export to Folder..." option to save it to my Desktop. It used to work fine with me till one day, for no particular reason, every time I check the "include voice memos" chekbox nothing happens.
